As Haudenosaunee people we greet the day with our Ohenton Kariwahtekwen, also referred to as the Thanksgiving Address, Opening Prayer or Words before all else. This course is to help people understand what is being said, why we say it and how you can incorporate it into your life. We will also cover what it means to smudge and how to make it personal to you. You know what they say, "Gratitude changes attitude."
