This course will provide a fun and exciting environment for students to learn the basics of ceramics. We will learn techniques including throwing, sculpting and hand building! You have the freedom to create works as functional or decorative as you'd like. The clay is in your hands!
Meadow Alexander is 21 years old and a graduate student at SUNY Potsdam. She received her undergraduate degree in Art Studio with a concentration in ceramics in 2022. She has been doing ceramics for almost 8 years. “Ceramics is my passion and I hope to one day make it my career.”
Special Instructions: A check for $46, written to Meadow Alexander, should be enclosed with the registration form to cover the cost of clay and glazes (other materials will be provided). If participants wish to continue with additional clay, Meadow will collect an additional fee.
