Digestive wellness is one of the most important keys to vital health at all ages. In the first session, learn how to improve specific health conditions by improving your digestive health. In the second session we will discuss common health conditions affecting children and how to improve their health with simple, tasty foods.

Martha Pickard Palmer has a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and a BS from Cornell University. Martha is a board certified nutrition specialist (CNS). She works with clients to help them discover their nutritional deficiencies and imbalances that may be leading to ill health, and counsels them on the uses of healing foods, lifestyle changes and supportive supplements to address their health needs. Martha also speaks throughout the Northeast on food, farming and health.
