Course Updates

March 22, 2018 - Allegories and Animal Farm At the presenter's request, the day/date and the location has changed for "Allegories and Animal Farm." Classes will be on Thursdays - 4/5, 4/12, 4/19 in Maxcy 104 at SUNY Potsdam.
March 18, 2018 - You Too Can Play the Harmonica "You Too Can Play the Harmonica" was canceled 3/14 due to the weather. Class days are now: 3/21, 3/28, 4/4, 4/11 (same place: SLCHA: Silas Wright House, and same time 1:00-2:30).
February 26, 2018 - Native Peoples of Northern America: the Haudenosaunee of New York In order to accommodate more participants, the "Native Peoples..." class has been moved to Maxcy 104 (same day and same time).
March 18, 2018 - Art for Beginners Participants: Please check the "Art for Beginners" course page to find out what supplies you need to purchase and bring to class.
March 22, 2018 - Exploring Our National Parks – Cave Resources To accommodate more people, the room for "Exploring Our National Parks..." was changed to Brown 122 (Bloomer Auditorium at SLU)-just across the hallway from the original room.
March 18, 2018 - Watercolor/Mixed Media Art Workshop: Intermediate Level For Day 1 of "Watercolor/Mixed Media..." please bring a basic watercolor set, large watercolor paper, and brushes. (SUNY Potsdam student instructor, Karin Champion, will announce the list of other needed items in class on day 1.) Also there is a start time change to 1:30 for this class.
February 26, 2018 - Registration is ongoing. View the COURSE PAGE to see what courses are "closed." Find all the documents you need for registration in the upper right corner of this home page. Print out the registration form (both sides!) and ambassador form (to volunteer for that duty), fill them out and mail them to SOAR (address below right). Registration commenced on Tuesday, February 20th. Reminder: there is a mail box on the office door (room 382 Van Housen Extension).
