Course Updates

April 08, 2017 - The Holocaust We are NOT going up to room 304 for "The Holocaust," we are going down to room 015 in in the basement of Richardson Hall. Use the outside steps that face the chapel (or the ramp on the front side if coming from lot H), 015 is the classroom at the end of the corridor (and it also has "comfy" seats!). SLU time for our Friday classes: 2:20-3:50.
April 08, 2017 - Speak Knit Due to a withdrawal from "Speak Knit," there is now room for one more participant. If interested, call the SOAR office: 315-265-2690 to sign up.
April 04, 2017 - Breakfast Cooking (Group B) The Clarks have agreed to add this new section of "Breakfast Cooking (Group B)" for those people who were wait listed for Group A. Group B class meets at 10-12 on April 26 at White Pillars B&B. Participants have been informed of their good luck! These two sections are both CLOSED now.
March 21, 2017 - Line Dancing for Beginners "Line Dancing..." has been canceled for 2017 spring semester due to the presenter's continuing illness. It will return in fall 2017.
April 10, 2017 - Beyond Duck and Cover: Fear of Nuclear War There has been a room change for "Beyond Duck and Cover..." Instead of meeting at SLU in Piskor 015, we will be in Piskor 010, just down the hall at the other end.
March 23, 2017 - When Americans Invaded Quebec The room for "When Americans Invaded Quebec" - has been changed to Flagg 236 (a larger room) Same day of the week and same time: May 1 at 2:00-3:30.
March 23, 2017 - Researching Your Family History Using Free Online Resources Please fill out the question form (a .pdf version is posted on the "Researching..." course page). Then return it to the SOAR office before class starts.

More online info is coming for "Locations." Be sure to view the maps and photos, especially for places/classrooms which are new to you.

March 04, 2017 - The Dog Story: From Wolves to Beagles CORRECTION: On the "Scheduling Information" insert, it says there is a 5th class on Monday 05/01/17. NOT SO! There are just 4 class sessions.
March 04, 2017 - Gandhi, Chiang Kai-shek: How Leaders Create a National Identity NOTE: The classroom for "Gandhi, Chiang Kai-shek..." has been changed from Hepburn 105 to Hepburn 111 (a larger classroom, close by).
