This presentation will include a brief description of the history of Potsdam and of Trinity Church. The art of Louis C. Tiffany and his innovations in the production and availability of art glass and stained glass will be discussed. The seven Tiffany windows in Trinity will be individually discussed both as technical and as artistic pieces. There will be time for questions and discussion.
Betsy Travis is a near-lifelong resident of Potsdam and communicant of Trinity Church. She is a retired Director of the Potsdam Public Museum, a position she held for over 25 years.
